Privacy

• There are no user accounts, and nothing asks you to sign in.
• There is no analytics or attribution SDK in the app or the site — no Google Analytics, no Firebase, no Meta SDK, no crash-reporting service.
• There is no advertising, and no data is ever sold or shared with advertisers.
• Nothing you do here is tracked across other apps or websites.

The app is a reader. To show you an answer it asks RosterCalls's own servers for it, which means the following leaves your device:

• The text you type into player search, and the players you choose to compare, so the verdict can be computed.
• The season and week being viewed.

These requests carry no identifier of you or your device. They are not linked to a profile, because there is no profile to link them to.

Player headshots are loaded straight from Sleeper's image CDN (sleepercdn.com), so your device contacts that service directly when a photo is shown. If an image fails to load the app draws the player's initials instead.

Anything the app or site remembers for you — your light or dark display preference, and any picks you make — is stored on your device alone. It is never uploaded, and deleting the app deletes it.

The website lets you vote on a comparison without signing in. To stop the same person voting repeatedly we store a one-way fingerprint rather than an identity: your IP address and browser user-agent are combined with the current date and a secret, then hashed with SHA-256. Only that hash is written down.

Your IP address is never stored. Because the date is part of the hash, today's fingerprint cannot be matched against yesterday's, so the table cannot be used to follow anyone over time. The iOS app does not have voting and never produces one of these.

The site and API are hosted on Vercel, which keeps short-lived operational request logs — the kind every web server keeps, including IP address and user-agent — to serve traffic and stop abuse. We do not mine these logs to build profiles.

Vercel hosts the website and API. Supabase hosts the database of players, projections and results. Neither is given personal information about you, because none is collected.

Football data is fetched by our servers on a schedule — not by your device — from Sleeper, FantasyPros, The Odds API and the public nflverse datasets. Those requests are about players, never about you. The one exception is the headshot CDN described above, which your device does contact.

RosterCalls is a fantasy football tool for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect information from them.

If what we collect ever changes, this page changes with it and the date above moves. Material changes will be noted on the website.
